Terms and Conditions

• All rates are quotes in U.S. Dollars.
• All rates are subject to taxes and fees where applicable.
• All rates, dates, taxes and fees are subject to change without notice.
• All payments must be made in U.S. Funds. Any fees associated with wire transfers or currency exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
• Rates are quoted per person for tour activities and packages.
• Rates are quoted per room for lodge only reservations.

All Packages, including Kenai Fjords Wilderness Lodge Overnight

Online bookings require payment in full at the time of booking. All other bookings require a deposit equal to 50% of the total booking within seven days of booking and full payment 45 days prior to travel. All bookings made within 45 days of travel require full payment at time of booking. Full refund for cancellations made46 days or more prior to travel dependant on itinerary. Cancellations made 45 days or less prior to date of travel are nonrefundable.

Kenai Fjords Tours/Prince William Sound Glacier Cruises

Prices subject to taxes and fees. Dates and rates subject to change. Tours subject to cancellations or route changes if weather or other conditions prevail. In these cases, Kenai Fjords Tours is liable for only those funds paid to them. If weather or sea conditions allow cruising in Resurrection Bay only, Kenai Fjords Tours will offer a partial refund of $40 per full fare adult, and $20 per full fare child. Early reservations recommended to confirm specific departures. Full payment required at the time of booking. A full refund is issued for reservations cancelled up to 15 days prior to your scheduled travel date. Cancellations within 14 days of travel date are non-refundable. Cancellation policies differ for group, package, hotel and non-owned vendor bookings. Contact the reservations office for details.

Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge/Seward Windsong Lodge

All online bookings require payment in full at the time of booking. All other bookings a deposit of the first night's stay is required. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the date of travel. Full refunds are provided for cancellations made 15 days or more prior to date of service. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to date of travel are nonrefundable.

Tour Add-ons and Transportation

Cancellation and deposit policies are dependent on entity.
