Between the Ptarmigan Room, the Caribou Room, and the Foraker Room, Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge has over 1,900 square feet of indoor meeting space to accommodate your event needs. All are fully accessible, and can be outfitted with a full range of audio-visual equipment.

Located on the first floor of the West Wing, the 1,272 square foot (118 m2) Ptarmigan Room is ideal for groups ranging in size from a conference style meeting for 16 up to a reception for 125 guests.
The Ptarmigan Room has two exterior windows that face the Alaska Range and have a partial mountain view. One end of the room features a built in counter, convenient for food service or display items. Restrooms are located just outside the room.
Although there is no elevator access to this room, it is fully accessible for all guests via an outside path.
Food service can be arranged buffet style and beverages can be provided, as well as a full range of audio visual equipment.
At 1040 square feet (96.6m2), the Caribou Room is ideal for groups ranging in size from a conference-style meeting for 8 up to a reception for 100 guests.
Exterior windows face the forested setting surrounding the Lodge. One side of the room features a built in counter, convenient for food service or display items. Restrooms are located just outside the room.
The Caribou Room is on the main floor of the lodge in the East Wing, and is fully accessible for all guests.
Full-service catering, drinks and a full range of audio visual equipment can be provided upon request.
The 1850 square foot (172 m2) Foraker Room is ideal for larger groups, or it can be split into two 925 square foot (86m2) rooms to accommodate two groups simultaneously.
The Foraker Room is decorated with the photography of Steve Gilroy, depicting the natural wonders surrounding the Lodge, and has exterior windows offering a panoramic view of Mt. McKinley and the Alaska Range. Authentic Alaska Native art is also on display in the Foraker Room.
The Foraker room is convenient for food service or display items. Restrooms are located just outside the room.
Located on the main floor of the lodge with direct access to the outdoor dining deck, the Foraker Room is fully accessible for all guests.
A vast array of menu items are available, and food and beverage service can be customized to meet your specific needs. A full range of audio visual equipment can also be provided upon request.
